Claude operated his own real estate company from 1977 to 1998, when he affiliated with McMillin Realty. He was affiliated with Coldwell Banker from 2005 to 2015 and joined Windermere Homes & Estates from 2015 to 2023. He joined eXp Realty in 2023.

Claude lives in Scripps Ranch with his wife Rochelle and their dog Charlie. He serves his community as a member of the Miramar Ranch North Planning Committee (MRNPC).
